Eligibility - Ages eligible for Study: 18 Years and older - Gender Eligible for Study: Both - Accept Healthy Volunteers: No
Criteria Inclusion Criteria: - Patients with malignant tumors of the head of the pancreas and periampullary area, chronic pancreatitis, benign neoplasm, mucinous cysts; - Totally laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy - Laparoscopic – assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy - Converted procedures Exclusion Criteria: - Arterial invasion or distant metastases; - Contraindication for general anesthesia and/or hemodynamic instability; - Impossibility to gain a valid informed consent or refusal of the patient; - Pregnancy.
